Hello, Everyone, my name is Jae Bradford & I am a Consultant, Coach, & Change Specialist. I own a Transformational Coaching Business… JaeByrd’s Nest here:

Let me ask you a question….

What does your weekly planning look like??

I don’t know about you, but I am always on the hunt for planner pages that meet my needs.

The Holy Grail….the PERFECT planner page….does it REALLY exist??

Often I find pages that “sorta” meet my needs but those “perfect pages” always seem to elude me!!

I think I have tried every ‘week on 2 pages’ planner out there…..and there are a lot of different ones out there in our planner world. You know how attracted to ‘shiny’ new pages I get!! LOL!!

Susan, I can’t tell you how happy I am that you asked me to be one of your “beta” testers for your new pages!! Your ‘day on 2 pages‘ is the ‘perfect’ planner for me!! I thought you had read my mind when you shared them with me!!

This is a typical week for me. As you can see, I ‘block time’ plan.

(you can find week on 2  pages here….)

My planning process is really pretty simple. First, each December, I start setting up my pages for the new year. I do the ‘month on 2 pages’ first. I add birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, vacation days, any special appointments I know of, etc. Then I set up 2 months of ‘week on 2 pages’.

This year I used monthly pages from

I date them, add birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, special appointments, etc. I clip these together & set them aside in the top drawer of my cart until needed. I try to always have at least 2 months ready to use

I do my regular planning, weekly, on Sundays.

I get out the ‘week on 2 pages’ that I have pre-dated. First, I look over the last week to see how it worked for me. (I am still tweaking my routines to improve my workflow, so this is where I decide if I need to change something.) I also check for any tasks that did not get completed & any goals that need to be changed or carried over.

I check with my ‘month on 2 pages’ calendar to make sure I have all the birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, special appointments, etc. added. Then I block out my times for clients, social media, business related time, education time, etc.

I tried to work with a specific time schedule, but that didn’t really work for me so the only time specific things I add are clients times, webinar/workshop times & special appointments. On days where I don’t have any timed appointments, I block time for tasks but use the day’s column for more of a ‘To Do List’.

I color code my time blocks with ink & highlighters. That way I can easily glance at the planner & know what is happening.

While I do use the Staedtler Triplus Fineliners for some of my planning, I try to always use the Pilot Frixion Ball Slim 0.38 erasable pens & the Pilot Frixion Erasable Highlighters. That way when a client cancels or I need to adjust my schedule, it is easy to erase & my planner always looks neat.

If I know I have a very busy day with lots going on, I use Susan’s “day on 1 page” planner pages. Here is what a day in my life sometimes looks like:

CHANGE is hard….BUT….it IS inevitable!!

We ALL go through change in our lives. It is HOW we navigate those changes that determine our success rate!!

Using your planner, adapting pages to meet your needs, are all things that help us navigate the changes SUCCESSFULLY!!

I hope this has helped you & if you have any questions, please ask either Susan or me, NO questions are too small or silly!!

If you are a planner newbie, just take a deep breath & relax!!

Things will come together for you. It sometimes takes a little time to find the planner & system that works for you!!

Susan is the Planning Diva & she will be able to help you with any planner issues you are having!!

Oh, & I have been asked what planner I use.

I am a Filofax junkie. I have probably about 12 in various sizes & I use them for different things. I have one for my household, one for my blog & business, one for my client notes & info, one is my journal, one is an address book, one is for grocery shopping, one is for heal matters, etc.

My fav & the one that I LOVE because it is so soft & feels so good in my hands & holds EVERYTHING I stuff in it is my A5

Malden in ochre & I have the personal size to match for my journaling.

I hope this info is helpful!! If you have any questions or concerns or suggestions, please comment below or send me an email!! I promise I will get back to you as quickly as I can!! I would LOVE to hear if this works for you, too!!
